About

Hi, I’m Christine Mae A. Camus — a Catholic communicator, a former associate editor of a community newspaper under the Archdiocese of Davao, and a woman who has spent most of her adult life walking the tension between brokenness and belief.

I started Christinme.today not because I have everything figured out, but because I’ve experienced enough — love, loss, failure, and healing — to know that God often speaks through the quiet, the ordinary, and even the aching parts of our stories.

By profession, I was trained as an English educator and eventually found myself in Church media, writing for and with the local Church. But by calling, I’ve always been a storyteller — someone who reflects deeply, feels honestly, and often writes her way through confusion, clarity, and conversion.

This space is where I share reflections on faith, Church life, mental health, identity, digital mission, and the hidden weight many of us carry. You’ll read pieces that are part confession, part contemplation — shaped by real questions and a desire for wholeness.

I don’t write from a pedestal. I write from the pew — from a place of longing to live truthfully and love freely, even when it’s hard. This blog is for anyone who’s ever tried to pray through a storm, sit quietly with Scripture, or wrestle with wounds in a place that’s supposed to feel like home.

If you’re here, thank you. Whether you’re passing through or reading to stay, I pray you’ll find something that echoes your own journey — and maybe a reminder that Christ in you is enough, still working, still alive.

To live each day with hope is to believe that heaven is not far, that redemption is real, and that our response to God’s love begins now—in prayer, in witness, and in the quiet courage to keep going. ❤
