| Second Reading | 1 Corinthians 11:23-26 |
| Gospel Reading | John 13:1-15 |
On this sacred night, we remember the Passover—the precise instructions, the unblemished lamb, the blood on the doors—signs not of fear, but of trust and obedience. In a world filled with uncertainty and threats of war, we long for the same assurance: that the Lord sees, remembers, and spares His people.
Hibla: The Message of the Readings
The Passover foreshadows Christ, the true Lamb whose sacrifice saves us, while the Eucharist makes that sacrifice present for us today. God’s instructions were not just rituals, but acts of protection, trust, and covenant love.
Hugot: Points to Ponder
Do I truly trust in God’s saving power, or am I more consumed by fear of what might happen?
Hamon: The Challenge
Entrust your family to God tonight by praying intentionally for their protection and placing them under His care.
